| Abstract: Guidance of occlusion is the term more appropriate to define interceptive treatment with serial extractions. Today, when so much emphasis is being placed on avoiding braces or on invisible braces, serial extraction becomes even more important. The lecture will show two fundamental aspects of this kind of treatment: a thorough diagnosis and a select group of patients. The correct indications will be explained with the right timing. I will end my presentation with the clinical evidence that distinguishes this therapy. |
