When you register for the congress. Registration takes place on EventsAir, an event management
platform we use to run the congress. You leave this website to register. Through EventsAir we collect your
name, title, professional affiliation, contact details, and any dietary or accessibility requirements. We use
this to register you, produce badges and delegate lists, issue certificates of attendance, and send you
programme and logistics updates. This is necessary to provide the congress you have signed up for.
EventsAir also processes your payment — we do not receive or store your card details. We keep invoicing
records to meet our tax and accounting obligations.
When you submit an abstract. Author names, affiliations, contact details for the submitting author, and
the abstract itself. We use this to review, schedule and publish accepted abstracts in the programme.
When you contact us. Your name, email address and the content of your message.
When you visit this site. Your IP address, browser and device information, and the pages you view. We
use Google Analytics for this, and it only runs once you have accepted analytics cookies.
Embedded content. Some pages include Google Maps and YouTube videos. These are loaded from Google
and can collect information about your device and browsing. They are only loaded once you have

Future congresses. If you have given us permission, we may email you about our future events. You can
withdraw that permission at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.
