The accommodation rates are based on the US Dollar/Taiwan Dollar exchange rate and due to the US Dollar/Taiwan Dollar rate fluctuations the accommodation rates may change from time to time.
Only full pre-payment can guarantee the same rate offered in this form.
Hotel Deposit and Cancellation
In order to secure your hotel reservation, a deposit of 50% charge must accompany all requests for accommodation.
Full payment for the hotel must be completed prior to your arrival. With your signature you authorize Paragon Group to charge the credit card for the balance of your account 4-6 weeks prior to your arrival for services ordered.
Pre and Post Meeting Accommodation
If you wish to reserve Pre and Post-meeting accommodation please indicate so in the remarks box.
A confirmation of these dates will be sent to you separately upon the availability of the hotel. Please note the prices of the Pre and Post-meeting accommodation might be different from the meeting rates.
Cancellation and refund of accommodation fees will be made as follows:
- Cancellation/changes up to August 1, 2020 – full refund less 50 USD handling fee.
- Cancellation/changes from August 2 until August 31, 2020- full refund less 1-night deposit
- Cancellation/changes from September 1 until September 30, 2020- full refund less 2 nights’ deposit
- Cancellation/changes from October 1, 2020- no refund.
- Cancellations or changes must be received in writing to Paragon Group.

In the event of non-arrival, the reservation will be automatically released, and full payment will be non-refundable.
If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates indicated on your reservation form, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.
