- The hotel is directly above Barcelona Sants railway and metro station, making it one of the best-connected hotels in the city.
Train (Best Public Transport Option)
- Take the Rodalies Renfe R2 Nord train from Barcelona Airport (only from Terminal 2) to Barcelona–Sants station (≈ 20 min).
- If you arrive at Terminal 1, catch the free shuttle bus to Terminal 2 before boarding the train.
- The hotel is right at Sants station—no extra transport needed.
- Cost: ~€5 one-way.
Taxi / Ride-hail
- A direct taxi from the airport to the hotel takes about 15 min depending on traffic.

Aerobus + Walk/Taxi

What to wear:
Light layers, a jacket or blazer for cooler moments, comfortable walking shoes, and a small umbrella just in case.
Smart-casual attire is ideal for Summit sessions and social events.
Banking & Exchange
Euro (€) is the official currency and legal tender of Poland. Foreign currency can be exchanged at banks, railway stations, and airports, and often at major hotels (though typically at a less favorable rate). All major credit cards are accepted in most hotels, restaurants, and shops.
Liability & Insurance
The congress organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of property belonging to congress participants (or their accompanying persons).
Certificate of Attendance
An e-certificate of attendance will be provided to all registered attendants via email post congress (the email provided at registration will be used)
Letter of Invitation
An official personalized letter of invitation will be provided to registered participants as part of the registration procedure once payment has been received for registration. This invitation is prepared for the purpose of visa applications, and for university applications. It is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support of confirmation of inclusion in the Scientific Program. Invitation letters can be provided electronically (PDF).
CPD Certification
Please note, that all participants will be issued with a certificate of attendance. This certificate will be emailed to you within 2 weeks after the Summit. Please present this certificate to your association to grant credits.
