Barceló Sants
The official hotel of the 4th IAPD Global Summit 2026 is the Barceló Sants, an iconic four-star superior property that will also host the Summit sessions.
Ideally located above Barcelona Sants main railway station, the hotel offers seamless access to high-speed rail connections and Barcelona El Prat Airport, combining convenience with contemporary comfort in the heart of the city.
Guests will enjoy a modern, design-led environment, elegant rooms, and premium amenities — all within the Summit venue itself, ensuring a smooth and elevated experience throughout the event.
Preferential rates have been secured exclusively for Summit participants. All accommodation reservations are managed directly through the official registration process, where room categories and stay dates can be selected.
We encourage early booking, as availability is limited.
Room Rates:
Orbital Room Single Occupancy: €165
Orbital Room Double Occupancy: €200
The rates include breakfast and VAT, but do not include the city tax of €6.27 per person, per day. This tax will be charged upon arrival and is payable directly to the hotel.
Terms & Conditions:
Booking Confirmation:
- All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment or as per the agreed-upon terms.
- The booking confirmation will be sent via email and will include relevant details such as check-in/out times, reservation dates, and room type.
Cancellation and Amendments:
- Cancellations or modifications to bookings must be made within the specified time frame to avoid penalties or fees.
- Any refunds or penalties for cancellations will be as per the cancellation policy outlined during the booking process.
- Cancellations received 90 days prior to arrival – 1 night’s accommodation charge will be applicable.
- Cancellations received from 60 days until arrival, including the day of arrival – 100% of the booking total will be applicable.
- No shows on the day of arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the booking total.
- Failure to make payments within the stipulated time may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

Check-in time is from 15:00 onwards, and check-out time is by 12:00.
Early check-in or late check-out may be subject to availability and additional charges.
Guest Responsibilities:
Any costs not included in the rates will be for own account and must be settled upon check out.
