Jorge L. Castillo DDS, MdentSci, MSD, PhD, Pediatric Dentist and Master of Dental Sciences from the University of Connecticut and Orthodontist and Master of Sciences in Dentistry from the University of Washington. Also a PhD from the Peruvian University Cayetano Heredia. Professor at the Department of Stomatology for Children and Adolescents, Peruvian University Cayetano Heredia (UPCH) and Affiliate Assistant Professor at the Department of Oral Health Sciences, University of Washington (UW). He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. Member of several local and international Orthodontic and Pediatric Dentistry Associations and part of the editorial board of local and international journals. President of the International Association of Pediatric Dentistry (IAPD) from 2013 to 2015 and from 2021 to 2023. Honorary member of the Peruvian Society of Pediatric Dentistry. Member of the Executive committee of the World Federation of Orthodontists (WFO) 2025-2030. He has published several articles in indexed journals. He has lectured in various countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Brasil, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Paraguay, Uruguay, Venezuela, Mexico, United States, Canadá, Spain, Portugal, Italy, South Korea, Phillipines, India, United Arab Emirates, Taiwan, Iran, Morocco and South Africa.
